Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Free Harbor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and partners.
1. Description of Service
Free Harbor is a lead generation and matching platform that connects individuals and businesses seeking Cyprus company formation and relocation services with qualified professional service providers ("Partners").
Our Platform features:
- AI-powered chatbot for initial consultation and information gathering
- Automated partner matching based on user requirements
- Multi-language support for international users
- Lead management and communication facilitation
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Platform
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable)
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
- Not use automated systems to access the Platform without our prior written permission
3. Partner Relationships
Important: Free Harbor is a platform that facilitates connections between users and independent service providers. We are not a party to any agreements between users and Partners.
- Partners are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Free Harbor
- All service agreements, fees, and obligations are between you and the Partner directly
- Free Harbor does not guarantee the quality, legality, or outcome of Partner services
- You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any Partner
- We verify Partner credentials but do not guarantee their performance or results
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated responses, are owned by Free Harbor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Free Harbor provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for Partner actions, advice, or services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the Platform
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Actions that harm the Platform or other users
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
