We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, venue issues, etc.). In such cases, you'll receive credit toward a future retreat but NOT a cash refund.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits and full payments are transferable to another person (subject to approval) up to 30 days before the start date. After that deadline, no transfers or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary visas, permits, and ensuring you meet Cyprus entry requirements. We provide guidance only. No refunds will be issued if you cannot enter Cyprus due to visa/documentation issues.
All retreat materials, workshops, templates, and content are proprietary and confidential. Recording, sharing, or redistributing our content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disrespectful conduct of any kind will NOT be tolerated. This includes inappropriate comments, unwanted advances, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.
This is a learning environment, NOT a sales opportunity. Aggressive pitching, recruiting for MLMs, crypto schemes, or inappropriate business solicitations are forbidden. Network authentically and professionally.
Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal and police notification. Alcohol consumption should be moderate and responsible. Disruptive intoxication during workshops or activities will result in removal without refund.
You are financially responsible for any damage you cause to accommodation, equipment, or property. Lost room keys, broken items, or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to you. Secure your valuables — we're not liable for theft.
Arrive on time for workshops and activities. Repeated lateness or non-participation disrupts the group. If you're not committed to showing up and engaging, please don't apply — this retreat is for serious participants only.
By attending, you consent to being photographed/recorded for promotional purposes. If you have privacy concerns, notify us in writing before the retreat. Participants may NOT record sessions without explicit permission.
Guests must be approved in advance and pay accommodation fees. Unauthorized guests are not permitted on property. Overnight visitors in shared accommodations require unanimous roommate consent.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or violates these rules. Removal is at our sole discretion with NO refund. You'll be responsible for your own return travel arrangements and costs.
By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all disclaimers and house rules outlined above. You also confirm that you are participating at your own risk and release Free Harbor, its organizers, and partners from all liability.
